This battery is an original spare part from the manufacturer (FARO item no.: ACCS-PWR-0014). You can charge the battery during operation.

The battery can only be used with a FARO scanner with firmware 6.7 or higher. Firmware versions 6.5 and 6.6 do not recognize this battery.
