The checkerboard target is optimally suited for georeferencing your scan project when using a Trimble X7 scanner.
The checkerboard target is placed on a fixed point using a prism pole. After scanning, the checkerboard is targeted with the laser pointer and saved as a point. The scan project can now be transformed to the superordinate coordinates of the fixed points using the measured points.
Product characteristics
torsion-resistant aluminum composite plates with low weight
weather resistant
absolutely flat surfaces ensure good measurement results
dimensions: 116 x 86mm
size of checkerboard: 80 x 80mm
weight: 105g
integrated circular level
The axis of the checkerboard pattern is exactly in the axis of the thread. When the target is horizontal, the center of the target remains unchanged in position and height when rotated about the axis.
5/8" female thread for fixation on tripods, prism poles or other suitable surveying accessories
The center of the target plate has a tilt axis height of 100mm (distance from center of target plate to lower edge of 5/8'' thread) – suitable for many prism poles
Designated use
ideally suited for georeferencing scan projects of Trimble X7 scanners
can be used for measurement at a distance of up to 40m
can be set up flexibly and aligned as required when used with a prism pole or tripod
